[1] Go to Global Configuration>>Site and then fill up the Metadata Settings as per your needs. Also check the options in SEO Settings. These applications are applied to index page.
[2] For SEO of your articles go to Article Manager and then select your article. Then change the meta title, meta keyword and meta description.
